Refund policy
Returns
By placing an order at Tatum and Reese Baby, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Tatum and Reese Baby. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- We accept returns of eligible items for refund to your original form of payment when postmarked within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
- YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING on exchanges.
- For orders that has enjoyed free shipping, a shipping and handling fee of US$20 will be deducted from your refund if you choose to refund to your original form of payment.
- Any orders purchased with store credit/ gift card is not eligible for return or exchange.
- All items that are under the SALE section cannot be returned back to us. They are not eligible for refund or exchange.
- You can return anything, except for swimwear for hygiene reasons, accessories (bags, scarf included) and final-sale items (warehouse sale items included).
- Shipping fees will not be refunded.
- Refund or store credit will be issued in 7 weeks once delivered to us.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Order Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel your order prior to shipment, a reversal fee of $1.50 will be withheld.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at tatumandreesebaby@gmail.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Order Corrections
Any change, correction, or addition to an order must be made within 24 hours of the original order. Most orders are processed the day they come in and we cannot guarantee a correction can be made after the order has been sent to processing. Your communication is key! TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed to the e-mail address provided at the time of checkout, which can take up to 48 hours. You will receive a second email once your order has been shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1 - 3 working days for the tracking information to show. In some rare cases, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.
Shipping Costs:
Canadian Customers: If your order is shipping from our U.S. warehouse, it will ship via USPS. Once your package has arrived at the Canadian border it will immediately be handed over to Canada Post who will then be responsible for final mile delivery. You can then take your same USPS tracking number and input it into the Canada Post website for more thorough updates on the status of your order.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
