Where is my order?

Use the links below to track your shipment and get real-time delivery updates.

Option 1 — Check your Shopify order status page

Every order confirmation email from Tatum & Reese includes a View your order button. Click it to open your personal order status page, where you can see fulfillment updates and your tracking number.

How to find your order number:

• Check your inbox for an email from Tatum & Reese with the subject line Order confirmation.
• Your order number starts with # (e.g., #1001).

Option 2 — Track directly with the carrier

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking page. You can also paste your tracking number into the carrier's website:

• USPS — Track a Package
• UPS — Track a Shipment
• FedEx — Track a Shipment
• DHL — Track a Shipment
